Enterprise Back Office

Globalaxs offers a range of managed enterprise back office solutions, allowing organizations to completely outsource parts of their back office operations. Our managed back office solutions are designed to reduce the workload on internal IT departments while increasing service availability.

Many applications can be offered as part of our management back office solutions: 

• Most Microsoft products, including Exchange, SitePoint and many others.
• Most open-source e-mail, groupware, and collaboration applications.
• Complete intranets, extranets and data compute clusters.
• Microsoft RDP, VNC, or Citrix terminal services.

These solutions are provided on servers located within secure, climate-controlled datacenters, connected directly to the Globalaxs network. In combination with the GlobalConnect range of services, the back office can be made accessible securely from all offices of an organization, and VPN solutions can also be offered to remote workers and road warriors.
